Magic Touch Therapy by Mike provides professional mobile massage services at clients' homes, apartments, hotels, workplaces and other agreed locations throughout Medellín and surrounding areas.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the date, time and location have been agreed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

Appointment address
Any relevant information regarding health conditions or requirements
3. Mobile Service
Mike provides a complete mobile massage experience and brings the necessary equipment, including a professional massage table and massage supplies.
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, suitable and private space for the massage session.
4. Health Information and Client Responsibility
Massage therapy is intended to promote relaxation, wellbeing and muscle recovery. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Clients should inform Mike before the appointment of any relevant health conditions, injuries, medications or concerns that may affect the massage.
Massage may be declined or modified if there is a concern that treatment may not be appropriate.
5. Payments
Payment details, accepted payment methods and any deposit requirements will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that appointment.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future bookings.
7. Punctuality
Mike will make every effort to arrive at the agreed appointment time. Occasionally, delays may occur due to traffic, weather or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Clients are asked to be ready at the scheduled appointment time.
8. Professional Conduct
Magic Touch Therapy by Mike provides professional massage services only.
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment or requests outside the scope of professional massage therapy will result in the appointment ending immediately.
9. Privacy
Personal information provided during booking or communication will only be used for purposes related to providing massage services and communicating with clients.
